We almost finished talking about chemical reactions today...
Here are the final versions of the notes
We continued exploring the six types of chemical reactions, focusing today on Neutralization reactions.
The traits of acids, bases, and the pH scale were highlighted, and how to spot each of the acids, bases, and salts in a neutralization reaction were discussed.
Students created their own "Study Guide" by clarifying, condensing, and adding to their notes in preparation of next week's test.
Students were given a score sheet showing their grades. A parentally-signed sheet, returned before Friday, will earn them 3 points on the last test.
A new WebAssign has been posted, and is due before 11:59PM on Monday.
