Advanced Drawing and Painting:

 

Monday:  We will be experimenting with different mixed media techniques and different grounds with acrylic with an emphasis on color.

 

Tuesday:  Studio day

 

Wednesday:  Studio day

 

Thursday:  Studio day

 

Friday:  Studio day

 

Monday and Tuesday we will continue our painting micro labs- focusing on color shape and completing a painting in one period building confidence, speed and accuracy.

Friday-critique on micro lab paintings

Monday:  Students work on in class paints due Friday Nov. 7

Tuesday:  No School Election Day

Wednesday:  Begin new Unit: Expressive Painting using Acrylic

Micro Labs:  Students will paint from observation a variety of Veg. focusing on Mark Making, Color Shape next to color shape.  Students will be completing  a painting a day as well as completing painting homework that directly relates to the class work.

Thursday:  Micro Labs and or work on in Class paintings

Friday:  Paintings are due by the end of class
