For the next two weeks students will be working on two assignments:
Drawing Portfolio- #1 we will begin a oil painting demonstration today. You will have a still life oil painitng due Monday Nov 1 for Critique
Drawing Portfolio Homework: Concentration or #2
#2 Draw or paint a composistion incorporating one or more culinary tools that describes them and their use. Done from direct composistion. Any media.
2D Portfolio-#1 Same as Drawing Portfolio assignments. For 2D portfolio make sure you are concentrating on the elements and prinicples. Use an interesting color combination or scheme.
Photo Portfolio:#1 Concentration in Black and White and or Color.
#2 Image and Text in Black and White and or Color. Remember one of your images must be done in Black and White.
Progress Grades and Blog Updates are due Monday Oct. 26. Each is worth 50 points. I will be looking at your research in your sketchbook and on your blog as well as your ideas and sketches in your sketchbook.
