CHANGE OF DATES FOR RESEARCH PAPER!!!

Because of concerns about the due dates, I have pushed the dates back.  The new dates are as follows:

 

Rough Draft and Sources:  10/13

Paper Due: 10/23

September, 29th- October, 3rd

Monday:

-Preform Suspense Skits

Tuesday:

-"Contents of a Dead Man's Pockets: A charcater profiling shoebox activity

-Shoebox Activity for Dead Mans Pockets.doc

-Homework: Using your character profile, write a suspenseful story about your character.

 Wednesday:

-Read "Contents of a Dead Man's Pockets"

Thursday:

-Read "Contents of a Dead Man's Pockets"

Friday:

-Read "Contents of a Dead Man's Pockets"

-Break students into groups of 6 to answer critical reading questions and suspense questions on pgs 20 and 21.

-Quiz

There will be a quiz on the suspense unit this Friday.  You all should study the 7 elements of suspense, know the difference between suspense and surprise, and you should also keep elements of the movie me watched in mind.
