Week of 9/22-9/26

|

Standard: Sps3 a-d

Monday: Ppt Lecture on Isotopes and Radioactivity.

Tuesday: I will not be in class on Tuesday. The substitiute will have a review activitiy. Please bring your book to class.

Wednesday: Types of Radiation: Alpha, Beta, and Gamma emission.

Thursday: Nuclear Equations. Alpha, Beta and Gamma Decay. Plus neutron emission.

Friday: Quiz on Isotopes, Radiation and Nuclear equations. Progress reports are given out!

 

 

Rest of the week... 9/16-9/18

|

Thursday: We will be discussing elements, and showing some examples of them. Also, please come to class with some specific questions regarding the Unit One Test Study Guide, as we will spend some time reviewing for the test.

 

Friday: Unit One test! Please bring a #2 pencil and a calculator to class.
