Watch the following podcast and complete the given notes sheet. Once you click on this link, the file should automatically begin downloading. On a MAC, it will either download to your Desktop or to you Downloads folder. You can find the Downloads folder by double-clicking on Macintosh HD; then, click on your house icon. Double click on the "Podcast3.m4v" file to open it into iTunes. If that doesn't work for you, try control clicking on it and Open With Quicktime.
