Monday-- Methods Handout and GridWorld Method writing project. Due at end of lab on Tuesday. 5pts.Hand in the hand written code for the method only.
Do Java Solutions Chap 4, p. 248, Short Answers 4.1 - 4.3 Hand it in.Due Tuesday.
Tuesday-- Finish GridWorld Method project. Hand it in. (method code only)
Wednesday-- Lab. Work through Java Solutions PowerPoint Chap 4. Start at section 4.2 corresponding with pages 207 - 228. Use Dr. Java to open the resource files and follow the code.
Thursday-- In classroom, finish reading textbook pp. (start @ 4.2), Do MC 4.1 - 4.5, 4.8, 4.9, do TF 4.1 - 4.10, do SA 4.8, 4.10, 4.12, 4.18. Hand this in today.
Find the topic Method Overloading. Read and then do 4.13, 4.14, and 4.15. Hand this in on Friday.
Friday-- L to J practice quiz for AP Exam. More methods practice. Java Solutions Chapter 4 Methods test Tuesday, November 25.
Monday Set up GridWorld. Work on GridWorld Part 1 of student manual. Complete all questions. Due on Tuesday at end of lab. Work on the Control Structures handout (1-15)-Due on Friday 11/07. Logic puzzle(1 pt bonus)
Wednesday Finish demo of all Alice projects from chap 4 of Alice in Action and GridWorld part 1. Hand it in.
Thursday. Lab time. Begin working on Java Solutions Ppt. chapter 4.
Friday. Group worktime on Control Structures then hand it in. L to J practice quiz for AP Exam.
