Monday:

***Independent Reading books due***

-Read "from the Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin" pg 140

 Read "from Poor Richard's Almanack pg 147

***Assignment: do questions on page 148***

 Tuesday:

-Discuss, from "The Autobiography of Ben Franklin"pg 140 and from "Poor Richard's Almanack" pg 146 

Using one of the aphorisms( definition on pg 139), create an inspirational poster/illustration for the classroom, or your room.  You may choose one of ten on page 141, or you may choose any aphorism from "Poor Richard's Almanack"  ***Posters MUST be colorful, and have some type of design or illustration.

Wednesday:

-Read and Discuss "The Declaration of Independence" page 156
