We have opened registration for the Alice competition. Please have individuals and teams of up to 3 people register at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/39CQYSX.
We may need to limit the number of submissions per school. The submission deadline is midnight Feb 12, 2010.
Currently we plan to give away about $5,000 worth of I-pods, GPS, game systems, games, cameras and more. We will give awards to at least 3 entries in each category (3 for elementary school movies, 3 for middle school movies, 3 for high school movies, 3 for elementary school games, 3 for middle school games, 3 for high school games). In addition we will also give out the following special awards: Most Creative, Best Comedy, Best Drama, Best Educational Game, Best Educational Movie, Best Adventure Game, Best use of Music, Best use of Sound, Best use of Dialogue, and Best Original Idea.
Wayne Wooten, a graduate of Georgia Tech who currently works at Pixar will give a talk at the awards ceremony on Thurs Feb 18th.
