Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities Teen Council

|
Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities provides a home away from home for families of ill and injured children who must travel to receive treatment at Atlanta area hospitals.

ARMHC Teen Council is a very special group of students who make a valuable contribution to our Houses in every area as well as gain a truly unique experience. Approximately 12 students' grades 9 through 12 will be selected to serve on the Teen Council and help with in- house activities, fundraisers, and spreading awareness for ARMHC.

The Teen Council will serve from August 2011 to May 2012.  All applicants must be at least freshmen in high school for the 2011-2012 school year and be responsible and caring individuals who are interested in helping out their community.  Interested teens must be able to commit to attending a meeting once a month and participating in two activities each semester, as well as helping different fundraising and special events throughout the year.
