Leadership Unplugged: A CNN Experience June 19-24, 2011 For current sophomore or junior in high school,

2. Goizueta Foundation Oppportunity Scholarships: are awards of $4000 per year and are awarded to 15 new incoming 1st year students with strong academic accomplishments.
3. Goizueta Foundation Scholarships: are awards of $3000 per year and are awarded to 5-10 new incoming 1st year students.

Students interested in applying for any of the scholarships must complete FASFA as soon as January 1 as ppossible.
Criteria
1. Varsity letterman( male or female)
2. Cumulative numeric GPA or 80 or better
3. Demostrate championship characteristics( high level or integrity, strong leadership skills, "team-first" orientation, commitment, dependability)
Application:
1.Complete the application form and return to Leigh Lynott in the Counseling Dept by Apr 15, 2011.
2.Scholarship winner will be announced at Chattahoochee High Commencement Ceremony.
3. Scholarship $2000 will be sent to the scholarship winner's college or university.

2. Students with a 440 Critical reading and 410 Math SAT score or higher
3. Students with a 17 English and 17 Math ACT or higher

The Omicron Kappa Zeta Chapter will award its $500 book scholaship to one or more students in the Altanta Public School Systems as well as Clayton and FUlton Countries.
Eligibility:
1. High school senior in Spring 2011
2. GA residencts and attending the Altanta Public School Systems as well as Clayton and FUlton Countries.
3. GPA 3.0 or higher
4. Be active in community services

Scholarship: BBB 2011 Student of Integrity
Deadline:1/31/11
Details:Six Scholarships of $1,000.00 will be awarded from the Better Business Bureau of Metro Atlanta's Educational Foundation.
Requirements

The National Scholars Program offers sholarships to US citizens who are seeking a bachelor's degree at one of the 1890 HIstorically Black Land-Grant institutions in a Filed of in agriculture, food, natural resoruce sciences or other related disciplines.
Eligibility:
1. High school senior
2 US citizen
3 GPA 3 or higher, SAT 1500 or higher or ACT 21 or higher
4 Be interested in attending one of the eighteen 1890 land grant universities and intend to study agriculture, food, natural resoruce sciences or other related disciplines. .
5 Demostrate leadership and community service

Each hig school can select and nominate two candidates from the senior class to the Atlanta Chapter in writing.
Eligibility:
1. US citizen
2. The candidate must be planning to attend a 4 year college, university or specialized course of instruction within the State of Georgia, including private institutions.
3. A copy of the studnet's academic record and SAT scores are required
4.List of extracurricular activitis
5. Enumeration of community work
6. A writen essay by the candidate (500 words or less)describing his/her personal goals.
7. A written essay by the candidate ( 500 words or less)describing how he/she met personal adversity and overcame it.
8.A letter confirming that the student has been acceptd and will be attending a higher learning institution the following Fall Semester.
9. A personal interview with members of the Scholarship Program ommittee.
10. Finacial need, annual household income will be considered,
11. Students who are affiliated with members of the AALA or Association of Legal Administrators are ineligible.
Scholarship amount:.$5,000 to be paid over the course of 2 semester.

In recognition of their high school academic accomplishments and the expectation of their continued talents, Presidential Scholars receive annual grants in excess of $12,000 to be used for tuition and fees, housing and meal plans, and books at Clayton State . They also participate in the university's Honors Program and serve as campus academic leaders.
